Support (iOS)

Support is handled via email. Before sending in a bug report or a support request, please read through the Frequently Asked Questions page, as your issue may be addressed there.

  • If you are seeing technical issues, the iOS/Mobile section on the FAQ page may address your issue.
  • If you are finding the game difficult, the Strategy section on the FAQ page may be helpful. Don't forget that cheats are also available.

Please note that I do not have access to payment/billing information - please contact Apple for issues of that nature.


When reporting an issue that is not addressed in the FAQ, please provide details about your device and iOS version.

Examples:

  • I am using an iPad 4 running iOS 8.1
  • I am using an iPhone 5 running iOS 8.1
  • I am using an iPad Mini 2 running iOS 7
This information is necessary when trying to diagnose an issue, as some issues may only happen on certain iOS devices running specific versions of iOS.


Please be descriptive about the issue you're facing, especially when it revolves around bugs and technical issues. Try to mention the level & wave the issue happened on, along with anything you think may have triggered it.

The more information you can provide here, the easier it will be to track down and solve the specific issue. Screenshots can be helpful for visual issues - press both buttons on your iOS device simultaneously to take a screenshot, and send it along with your email.
